Privacy Policy & Data Processing Notice

This notice explains, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), for what purposes personal data collected through the CNKR Dijital (cnkrdijital.com) website is processed, with whom it is shared, and what your rights are.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by CNKR Dijital as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data We Process

Only the data you share with us directly is collected on this site. There is no membership system, payment infrastructure or profile creation feature.

a) Contact form

When you fill out the form on the contact page, the following data is processed: full name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional) and the content you write in the message field.

b) Appointment (strategy call) request

The embedded booking calendar on this site runs on Google Calendar. When you pick a time, your name and email are collected directly by Google and forwarded to us as an appointment record. Google's own privacy policy also applies at this step.

c) Technical records

When you visit the site, standard server records such as IP address, browser information and access time are automatically kept by the hosting infrastructure for security and error tracking.

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds of Processing

  • Responding to your request and making an offer — the explicit consent you give when submitting the form (KVKK Art. 5/1) and direct relation to the establishment of a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
  • Scheduling appointments and conducting the call — the explicit consent you give together with your appointment request.
  • Ensuring site security and fixing errors — the data controller's legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).

Your personal data is never added to marketing lists without your permission and is not sold to third parties.

4. Transfers and Transfers Abroad

Your data is processed through the following infrastructure providers so the service can technically operate. As these providers' servers are located abroad, your form and appointment data are deemed transferred abroad under KVKK Art. 9; you consent to this transfer with the approval you give when submitting the form.

  • Netlify — hosting the site and storing contact form submissions.
  • Google (Google Calendar) — running the booking calendar.

Apart from this, your personal data may be shared with authorized public authorities only where a legal obligation arises.

5. Retention Period

Your contact and appointment requests are retained for as long as necessary to evaluate your request and run a potential working relationship; after this purpose ceases to exist, they are retained for at most 2 further years. At the end of this period the data is deleted or anonymized. If you request it, it is deleted even before this period ends.

6. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, pixels or third-party analytics tools. Only the embedded Google Calendar booking calendar may place Google-owned cookies for its own operation. You can block cookies in your browser settings; in that case only the embedded calendar may stop working properly — the rest of the site is unaffected.

7. Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11

Regarding your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • To request information if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used consistently with that purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
  • To request its erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the law,
  • To request that correction, erasure and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
  • To object to any adverse result arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
  • To claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.

8. Changes

This notice is updated as the data flows on the site change (for example, if an analytics tool is added). The current version is always published on this page, together with the "last updated" date above.
